Abstract/Introduction:

Heal2Rise Book is a web-based platform designed to support individuals facing depression, hopelessness, or family/marital issues. The system ensures complete confidentiality and privacy for every user. Through a phased process, the platform connects individuals with suitable NGOs, assigns a support team member, and provides counseling, monitoring, and skill development opportunities. The goal is to help individuals heal, regain confidence, and rise again to live an empowered life.

Functional Requirements:

         Secure Registration & Privacy Protection – Users and NGOs register, admin verifies details, and privacy is strictly maintained.

         NGO Connection & Case Assignment – System auto-connects users with relevant NGOs; a team member is assigned to monitor progress.

         Counseling & Continuous Support – Psychiatrists and counselors conduct regular online sessions for healing and guidance.

         Skill Development & Tracking – User progress in skills and empowerment is tracked by team member with NGO collaboration.

         Rehabilitation & Case Closure – If needed, users may be accommodated in the institute until fully recovered. Once empowered, the case is formally closed.

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

Backend: PHP / Node.js

Database: MySQL

Additional Tools: Zoom/Meet API (for counseling), Firebase (notifications), Secure Payment Gateway (for donations)

Note: The system will be implemented as a student web project, focusing on user & NGO registration, privacy, User-NGO connection, counseling sessions, and progress tracking.
