Abstract / Introduction

With the increasing adoption of digital platforms, customers prefer convenient and time-saving solutions for their daily needs. Traditional grocery shopping often involves long queues, limited product availability, and manual billing. To overcome these challenges, we propose the development of an Online Grocery Management System (OGMS) that enables customers to browse, order, and pay for groceries online, while also providing store owners with efficient inventory and sales management.

Functional Requirements:

        Users will be able to register at the application

        Users will be able to login

        Users can search and filter grocery items based on category, name, or price.

        Users can add, update, or remove grocery from their cart before checkout.

        Users can place orders.

        Administrator will be able to login to the application

        Administrator can add, update, or delete grocery details.

        Administrator can view orders.

        The administrator will be able to generate detailed sales and stock reports.

        Administrator will be able to create different catalogue of the drugs and medicines.

Tools:

PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, Notepad++.
