Abstract / Introduction

Online PakBazar is a web-based digital marketplace that connects suppliers and customers under the supervision of an admin. The system provides a user-friendly platform where suppliers can upload and manage their products, customers can browse and purchase them, and the admin can manage the overall platform. This application aims to promote local businesses, simplify the buying / selling process, and ensure secure transactions in an online environment. The solution will have both an Admin View and a User View, ensuring that both can access the features and functionalities that they require. This web application will be developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP (Laravel)

      Node.js / React or Angular. The database management system will store all necessary information about the items and their related information.

Functional Requirements:

            User Registration & Profile Management

Users can create and manage accounts. Roles include Admin, Supplier, and Customer.

            Product Database

A well-structured database will store all products with details such as Category, Price, Description, and Stock Availability.

            Categories may include Grocery, Electronics, Home Essentials, and Fashion.

            Users can search and filter products easily by Name, Category, or Attributes.

            Order Management

Customers can place, view, and track orders in real-time.

            Payment Integration

Multiple secure payment options will be available such as Cash-on-Delivery.

            Shopping Cart & Wishlist

Customers can add products to the shopping cart before checkout.

            Ratings & Reviews

            Reports & Analytics (Admin and Suppliers Only)

            Supplier performance analytics

Nonfunctional Requirements:

            Security: The solution will implement proper security measures to ensure that customer and bakery owner data is protected.

            Performance: The system will be designed to handle many concurrent users and transactions, ensuring that the platform is always available and responsive.

            Scalability: The system should be easily scalable to accommodate new features and functionalities as the business grows.

            Usability: The solution will be designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, ensuring that customers and bakery owners can easily navigate the system and complete their tasks.
